Culinary Team Member

As a Culinary Team Member, you will:
- Enjoy interacting with and providing high-quality meals for our residents and staff
- Ensure a sanitary and orderly environment for all food preparation, keeping our residents’ health and comfort the highest priority.
- Contribute to the kitchen’s operating functions, help maintain inventories to match the current menu, and help adapt the menu to cater to resident preferences.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cook/chef/dietary worker preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills
- Ambitious learner
- Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
