Position Overview:
As an RN at our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will perform the usual nursing duties focused on caring for elderly patients. You will work alongside a great team in a supportive environment, ensuring the highest quality of care and comfort for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to elderly patients in a rehab setting
- Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Support and educate patients and their families
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Experience in elderly care or rehab nursing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work Day or NOC shifts
