Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established dietary guidelines and menus.
• Serve meals to residents and guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies.
• Collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions.
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation and service.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or Cook preferred.
• Knowledge of dietary guidelines and food safety standards.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
