Home Caregiver / Personal Care Aide – Bethel, CT

Care Connect, LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Home Caregiver / Personal Care Aide to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for a male client in Bethel, CT.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
8 hours per day
Consistent daytime schedule
Client Overview:
- Male client
- In-home, non-medical care
- Support needed during weekday hours
- Calm home environment
Care Responsibilities Include:
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Companionship and engagement
- Mobility assistance and safety monitoring
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders (non-medical)
- Accurate daily documentation
- Following the client’s care plan and agency policies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional home care experience (required)
- Experience working with adult or senior clients
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
- Background check and reference verification required
- Authorized to work in the United States
