What You’ll Do
As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA), your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Supporting mobility and transfers to ensure client safety
- Preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, and running errands
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring client conditions and reporting changes to your care team
- Following a personalized care plan developed by clinical supervisors
What You Need to Join
- Valid HHA certification or PCA training in New York State
- Reliable transportation to visit clients in Orange County
- Genuine compassion and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
