About the Caregiver Role
Oriental Care LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you’ll provide essential in-home support to individuals who need assistance with daily living tasks. Caregiver Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support mobility, safe transfers, and bed mobility
- Prepare meals and help with feeding as needed
- Provide toileting and incontinence care
- Offer medication reminders and ADL supervision
- Assist with errands, light transportation, and shopping
- Escort clients to medical or community appointments
- Support reading, writing, rituals, and social activities
- Document visits using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)

Qualifications
- Meet Pennsylvania Direct Care Worker requirements
- Reliable transportation required
- Pass criminal background screening & health checks
- Completion of state-mandated training and orientation
- Compassionate, dependable, and strong communication skills
