POSITION SUMMARY
Cardone Ventures is seeking an experienced and strategic Data Integration Manager to own the architecture, execution, and continuous improvement of our data integration processes across business systems. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing how data flows between internal and third-party platforms, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our data infrastructure.
This is a hands-on, process-focused role — ideal for someone who excels in system design, automation, and cross-platform integration. While titled as a manager, the emphasis is on managing the integration process and performance, rather than a team of direct reports.

OBJECTIVES
- Design and implement a scalable, secure data integration strategy aligned with business needs
- Own and continuously improve end-to-end data integration workflows and pipelines
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Ops to understand and fulfill integration requirements
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL/ELT processes across systems
- Manage integrations across platforms like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS tools
- Ensure data consistency, quality, and compliance with relevant privacy and security regulations
- Stay current on integration technologies and recommend enhancements where appropriate
COMPETENCIES
- Deep experience with API management, ETL pipelines, and data architecture
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (Python, JavaScript), and cloud data platforms
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see both the big picture and technical details
- Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication abilities
- Experience with enterprise software ecosystems and business process optimization
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
- Engineering, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in data integration or engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Certifications in relevant integration tools, project management, or cloud platforms are highly desirable
