The Diagnostic Medical Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our diagnostic services by assisting with cardiovascular procedures and ensuring the smooth coordination of patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Perform technically correct stress tests
- Establish intravenous access in patients
- Assist with patient prep and recovery for procedures
- Support physicians during vein procedures
- Coordinate diagnostic appointments and enter data into the EMR
- Maintain a professional and compassionate approach with patients at all times
Education & Certification:
- Active certification as NCMA, CMA (AAMA), or RMA required
- Previous Medical Assistant experience in a clinical or diagnostic setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a procedure-focused, patient-facing role
- MondayFriday Schedule No nights or weekends!
