Key Responsibilities
- Perform technically correct stress tests in accordance with CVM procedures
- Establish intravenous access in patients as needed
- Assist with patient preparation and recovery for procedures
- Set up sterile trays for vein procedures
- Support physicians during diagnostics and vein procedures
- Verify provider orders and confirm medical necessity
- Enter data and complete documentation accurately in the EMR
- Monitor workflow to ensure procedure efficiency and timely physician interpretation
- Maintain PACS-related documentation and flow tracking
- Assist in training new staff and educating patients
- Support scheduling and coordination of diagnostic appointments
- Provide adjunct patient care including transport, mobility assistance, and sanitization
- Maintain a professional, compassionate approach and protect patient confidentiality
Education & Certification:
- Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or comparable training/experience as determined by CVM Management
- High school diploma or GED required
- Active CNA credential
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Completion of Basic EKG Monitoring course
- Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Organizational and time management proficiency
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable with patient-facing and procedure-intensive responsibilities
- MondayFriday Schedule No nights or weekends!
