Key Responsibilities
Outpatient Care & Patient Management:
- Conduct independent patient visits in the clinic setting.
- Perform and dictate comprehensive history and physical exams.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with cardiac conditions.
- Provide patient education and follow-up care in collaboration with the care team.
- Work closely with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Participate in patient care planning and support ongoing practice development.
Education & Experience:
- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Illinois (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of cardiology or electrophysiology experience (required).
- Masters degree in Nursing or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program (required).
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
- Effective communication and patient education skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized, dependable, and motivated by patient outcomes.
- Monday-Friday schedule No nights or weekends!
- Competitive Pay $95,000 $150,000 annually, based on experience.
