- Greet Service customers
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with our company's values in all interactions with customers and coworkers
- Follow a daily work plan and be able to complete daily tasks by utilizing CRM tracking system
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM platform
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous experience working in a BDC center is a plus, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and team oriented
- Ability to type efficiently and effectively
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Office environment with standard office hours; some flexibility may be required
