VW Brand Specialist (Corona)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Salesperson to join our Volkswagen dealership team. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive dealership experience
• Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles
• Explain vehicle features, trim levels, financing, warranties, and lease options
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Follow up with leads through phone, email, and CRM systems
• Maintain knowledge of current Volkswagen promotions and inventory
• Meet monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
• Complete required paperwork accurately and efficiently
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
