Ensure that all interactions are conducted with dignity and respect. Execute staff action plans while helping individuals lead self-directed lives, promoting personal growth, acknowledging autonomy, respecting choices, and advocating for complete participation in the community. Requirements:
High School diploma/GED or 2 years of work experience
Caring, upbeat personality
Experience working with individuals with special needs is a plus Additional Requirements:
Ability to safely lift and assist up to 70 lbs. to support individuals' mobility, personal care, transfers, and emergency needs with care and dignity.
