Residence Manager Salary: $66, 300 Location: White Plains & Yonkers
Requirements
As a Residence Manager, you will be instrumental in assisting residents within the home by offering leadership and supervision in every facet of the assigned residential program(s). The residential programs function continuously (24/7/365). You will design and ensure the execution of programs that provide safeguards and supervision while teaching community and daily living skills to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities residing in the home, through daily oversight of the residence. This role is on-site, in person, and requires you to provide emergency and on-call coverage. Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field preferred, or at least three years related experience, including one year of supervisory experience required
Valid NYS Drivers License, and acceptable driving record as issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Must be proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel Additional Requirements:
Ability to safely lift and assist up to 70 lbs. to support individuals' mobility, personal care, transfers, and emergency needs with care and dignity.
