Cardinal FG, an established glass manufacturer in Menomonie, WI is looking for motivated and reliable employees to work in a state of the art continuous production environment.

Required Skills
- Must be 18 years of age to apply
- High School Diploma or GED desired
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds
- Demonstrate a solid work ethic through diligent effort, good decision making, functioning as a good team player
- Competitive starting wage of $21.25/hr. $2/Hour Shift Differential for any hours worked between 6:30pm to 6:30am.
- Job rotation and cross-training opportunities
- 12-hour, rotating shift schedule
- Ability to learn the four core jobs
- Glass Handler - packs glass onto racks
- Fork Truck Driving - operate powered industrial vehicles in a variety of application
- Closer – closes racks of glass using various packaging material
- Automation line operator – operates and monitors the automation/robotic equipment
- Read a tape measure to the nearest 1/32”
- Have clear command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Ability to navigate on a computer in a windows based environment
- Commitment to working safely, producing quality products, and meeting production schedules.
