Description

Cardinal Glass in Easton, PA has an immediate full time opening for a Maintenance Manager. This position oversees the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the equipment, machinery and facility.

Job Duties

• Lead all maintenance activities including preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate maintenance team members
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, track expenses and order necessary parts and supplies
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and legal regulations
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records
• Design and plan specialty maintenance projects
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner with co-workers and contract vendors
  
  

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance, with management experience a plus
• Effective problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to operate and use hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computer software, including Windows, Word and Excel
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting and safety practices including 3 phase
• Read, write and understand standard and metric measurement units
• Proficiency with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic concepts
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and diagrams
• Knowledge in fabrication, welding and basic machining skills
