Sales Representative / Sales Development
Cardinal Contractors is looking for motivated, competitive people to join our growing sales team.
This is one sales position with a path toward becoming a Closer. You’ll start with paid training, work alongside experienced salespeople, and learn how to develop customer opportunities. As you prove yourself, you can take on more responsibility and work toward running appointments and closing sales.
Cardinal Closers with at least one year in the role average more than $150,000 annually. Earnings vary based on performance.
You do not need roofing experience to apply. We provide training.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with experienced Cardinal sales professionals.
- Meet and communicate with homeowners in assigned markets.
- Develop new customer opportunities.
- Learn Cardinal’s sales, inspection, and customer acquisition process.
- Follow a structured sales and training system.
- Meet performance expectations and demonstrate readiness for closing responsibilities.
- This is a field sales position that requires regular in-person customer interaction and prospecting.

Compensation
- W-2 position.
- $800 per week plus performance bonuses during the starting stage.
- Higher commission earning potential as you advance into closing.
- Company-generated sales opportunities available for proven Closers.
- Closers with at least one year in the role average more than $150,000 annually. Individual earnings vary.
