Position: Bookkeeper
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining financial records, daily transaction recording, reconciliation, AP/AR management, month-end reporting, payroll processing, bank/credit card reconciliation, tax/year-end support, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience, bookkeeping certificate or associate degree, QuickBooks (preferred) Excel proficiency, strong organizational ability, effective communication, time management, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
