The QC Inspector will ensure that construction activities are performed in compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and client requirements. This position involves oversight of building systems, finishes, and infrastructure, with a focus on ensuring safe, high-quality execution in a fast-paced airport environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of structural and architectural elements such as partitions, enclosures, and finished surfaces to verify compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Review electrical installations including conduit, wiring, equipment, and terminations to confirm compliance with NEC and project standards.
- Perform comprehensive building system inspections across multiple trades to ensure quality and safety requirements are consistently met.
- Document deficiencies, issue quality reports, and verify corrective actions have been completed.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and support quality audits as required.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve quality concerns.
- Assist in closeout activities including punch list verification and acceptance testing.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
