We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This position supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in construction management, experience with project coordination, and the ability to effectively utilize construction management software to track schedules, budgets, and progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Review project documents, including contracts, drawings, and specifications, to verify compliance with requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address field issues, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Facilitate clear communication among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Support project managers with cost estimating, change order management, and resource allocation.
- Maintain well-organized documentation of schedules, budgets, progress reports, and meeting notes.
- Identify potential risks or delays and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in construction management, project coordination, or related role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
