Carabetta Property Management is actively looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team of dedicated professionals based out of our Meriden, CT office. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent clerical skills and effective communication abilities to work collaboratively with our internal staff. Additionally, the right candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate filing of all paperwork.Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30pPay: Depending on ExperienceResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Process invoices for payment using 3-way matching.Review statements, research and reconcile prior balances and payments.Work with vendors to resolve discrepancies.Print paid / payable vendor reports weekly.Mail out vendor payments weekly as they are paid.Provide other A/P staff with assistance as time permits .Proficiency in Microsoft Office a must.Yardi and/or Dynamics a plus.
Salary : $19 - $24
