Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to match clients with suitable vehicles, emphasizing high-end models and premium features.
  • Negotiate deals confidently while maintaining professionalism, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy both the customer and dealership objectives.
  • Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to keep the showroom fresh and appealing to clients.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support sales support activities.
  • Upsell additional products and services such as extended warranties, financing options, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations through public speaking skills and effective communication to educate customers about vehicle features and benefits.
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
  • Support retail sales efforts by collaborating with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract B2B (business-to-business) clients as well as individual consumers.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills by managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while providing outstanding customer service throughout the entire buying process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong outside sales skills with a track record of building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities combined with B2B (business-to-business) sales experience is a plus.
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are desirable to connect with diverse customer bases effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is essential for success in this role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, are vital for engaging clients confidently.
  • Experience in high-end or luxury vehicle sales will give you an edge in understanding premium customer expectations.
  • Organizational skills are necessary for managing multiple accounts, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
