Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing information and directing them appropriately
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and transferring calls efficiently
- Handle all front desk duties including check-ins, appointments, and visitor sign-ins
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory
- Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence
- Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software for basic financial record keeping
- Ensure office cleanliness and organization to promote a welcoming environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk operations or office management roles
- Bilingual fluency in [specify languages], with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
