SLEQ Solutions, LLC is looking for a Human Resources Manager to joinour shared services team. This is a full-time position located in our Blaine, MN office. OUR VISION FOR THIS KEY ROLE
With over 70 employees across 3 different companies growing, we are looking for a seasoned HR professional to build and lead our HR department. This is a unique opportunity to continue your HR career while building and developing a new HR function.
If you’re an experienced HR professional wanting to perform the duties of an experienced HR leader, we invite you to bring your wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team as an HR Manager. In this role, you will build and oversee a 2-person HR department, with a part-time HR professional reporting to you.
Full-Time Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
A SAMPLE OF WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO IN THIS JOB
· Partner with company leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
· Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
· Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, etc.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
· Administer employee benefits programs and new hire processing.
· Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
· Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
· Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
· Act as primary administrator for Paylocity HCM System which includes setting up, implementing and maintain various system modules.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE JOB
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· At least 3-5 years of human resource management experience.
· Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
· Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems. Paylocity experience preferred.
· SHRM-CP certification a plus.
