Geographically you will be going to properties in the Central Phoenix Metro area.

- Conduct property walk-throughs and visual assessments pre- and post-occupancy
- Perform move-out inspections with an eye for detail and documentation accuracy
- Support leasing operations by showing rental properties to prospective residents
- Deliver high-touch customer service to both current tenants and property owners
- Provide feedback and communicate promptly with the office team after appointments
- Assist with occasional lockbox placement, signage installation, or vendor coordination as needed
- A licensed real estate agent in good standing with ADRE
- Friendly, professional, and proactive communicator
- Organized with strong time management and reliability
- Comfortable working independently while aligning with team priorities
