Our healthcare partner in Des Moines is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team and make a difference in patients' lives.
As a Cardiac Cath Lab RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring patient safety and comfort while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab
- Monitor patients during procedures and administer medications as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Float across all Des Moines campuses to like units as required
- Participate in on-call rotation and work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Winter holidays
Requirements:
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- Active Iowa or compact/multistate RN license
- AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS ACLS and BLS certifications
- Experience with EPIC EMR system
- Trauma Level II experience required
- Circulating and monitoring experience required
- Willingness to float across campuses
