What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Real Estate Analyst Intern position at Capstone Group?
Capstone Real Estate Group, a privately-held real estate investment and management firm based in Franklin, TN is currently seeking an intern for six months to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone considering entering the field of commercial real estate and investment. This internship will allow you to learn commercial real estate investment, asset and property management, and acquisitions. You will be involved in all aspects of the business analytical support, lease analysis, modelling, asset management, contacting potential tenants for existing portfolio assets, assisting during the acquisitions due diligence process, and preparing various reports for lenders and investors.
Ideal candidates should possess the following:
· Understanding of real estate business and strong interest to work in the commercial real estate and investment industry (preferred).
· Pursuing a Real Estate (preferred), Finance, Accounting or Math/Science major. Recent business graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
· Must be a team player capable of working in a collaborative environment, yet also able to work independently.
· Effective communications skills, both written and oral.
· Excellent computer skills. Excel, Word and PowerPoint a must. Knowing Argus is a plus.
