Caprigios Pizza & More…. is hiring a Pizza Kitchen Operations Member to support daily kitchen production and pizza service operations. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dough, sauces, cheeses, meats, vegetables, and other pizza ingredients
- Assemble pizzas and menu items according to recipes and customer orders
- Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and food quality
- Prepare, package, and organize customer orders accurately
- Maintain an organized and properly stocked kitchen workstation
- Restock ingredients, packaging, beverages, and kitchen supplies
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to maintain efficient workflow
- Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, equipment, and food preparation surfaces
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures
- Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen operations
- Support the kitchen team during high-volume service periods
- Perform additional kitchen and food service duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Previous pizza, restaurant, kitchen, food service, or culinary experience is an asset but not required
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and safe food handling
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and food quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
