Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, process, and manage accounts for data vendor processing, ensuring timely and accurate data exchange.
- Monitor and analyze vendor data performance, focusing on ROI by batch, vendor, client, and state.
- Maintain and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and support internal/external reporting.
- Manage third-party vendor budgets, forecast hit rates, and reduce data waste.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly vendor performance meetings.
- Communicate with vendors regarding data quality, volume forecasts, and issue resolution.
- Forecast firm and client collection performance with high accuracy (within 3% of actuals).
- Support compliance, audit, and regulatory reporting with timely and accurate data.
- Recommend process improvements based on data insights.
What You Bring:
- Associate degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, data interchange, or business process analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in financial services or debt collection is a plus.
- EDI/data exchange experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Primarily office-based with potential for hybrid work.
- Prolonged periods of computer work and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
- Must be able to navigate all departments within the organization’s facilities.
