Key Responsibilities
- Professionally engage with consumers to negotiate repayment solutions by phone.
- Actively listen, identify challenges, and work toward mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Secure firm commitments for timely repayment and update account records accurately.
- Comply with all federal and state regulations, including FDCPA standards.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills and a solution-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment.
- Must complete a typing assessment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
