Reporting to the Director of Collections, you’ll be the go-to leader for quality assurance, performance coaching, and process improvement. What You’ll Own:
Oversee daily Collector Call Audit Reports and distribute feedback to the team.
Track audit acknowledgements and client call defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Review audit disputes, listen to calls, and collaborate with managers and compliance to uphold standards.
Lead internal and client-facing call calibrations to ensure alignment and excellence.
Analyze trends in call performance and share insights with senior leadership.
Partner across departments to maintain top-tier call quality and compliance.
Take on special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director.
What You Bring:
1–3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in collections or debt resolution.
Solid understanding of consumer credit laws (bonus points if you’ve worked in compliance-heavy environments).
Strong communication skills and a proactive, accountable mindset.
Ability to build rapport with consumers while driving performance.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is a must.
High school diploma or GED required.
