Location: Office-Based with Hybrid Flexibility | Full-Time
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with state-level attorneys to move judgments forward
- Communicating with courts via phone, websites, and written correspondence
- Issuing, entering, and following up on default judgments and agreed stipulations
- Processing inbound mail, including court correspondence and returned documents
- Monitoring stipulations and issuing judgments when agreements are broken
- Managing assigned file-level lists on a daily or weekly basis
What You Bring
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication across phone, email, and other channels
- Active listening and a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and general office tools
- Legal or call center experience is a plus
- High School Diploma required; college coursework preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based with potential for hybrid work
- Standard desk and computer work, with occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
- Ability to navigate office departments and perform basic physical tasks
