Capone’s Coal Fired Pizza is a themed pizzeria inspired by the life of the infamous gangster Al Capone. Located in downtown Fort Myers, the restaurant features a fully immersive 1920s-style dining room, complete with Capone’s secret vault under a walkable glass floor. We specialize in coal-fired pizza, homemade pasta, fresh sandwiches, and amazing entrées, all served with a side of history.
We are looking for a Dining Room Manager who brings strong leadership, professionalism, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service
Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff including servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders
Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure all guests receive top-quality service
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure cohesive service
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining room
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
Manage scheduling, labor, and front-of-house inventory
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and craft bartending preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
A guest-first mentality and commitment to service excellence
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
