Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid role for Real Estate Agents & Brokers based in Hoboken, NJ, with the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing real estate properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property showings, generating leads, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and advising clients on market trends. You will also collaborate with team members and employ advanced marketing tools to showcase listings and meet sales goals.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills, including relationship-building and effective communication
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency with real estate software and digital marketing tools is a plus
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Hoboken, NJ and surrounding areas is highly preferred
