We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker with a proven track record of originating and closing transactions. The ideal candidate brings deep market knowledge, an established network, and the ability to independently manage the full deal lifecycle while contributing to the growth of Grid CRE.
- Source, originate, and execute commercial real estate transactions (sales, leasing, and/or investment deals)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and industry professionals
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
- Lead negotiations and manage deals from initial underwriting through closing
- Conduct financial analysis, including valuation, underwriting, and market comps
- Prepare offering memorandums, presentations, and client proposals
- Collaborate with internal team members on marketing strategy and deal execution
- Stay current on market trends, zoning changes, and investment opportunities
- Active NJ Real Estate License
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage
- Proven track record of completed transactions and revenue generation
- Strong existing network of clients and relationships
- Deep understanding of market analysis, underwriting, and deal structuring
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency with CRM systems and real estate platforms (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet, & Crexi)
- Experience in retail leasing
- Investment sales and/or tenant representation expertise
- Familiarity with your target geographic market
