Unit Manager Responsibilities (RN / LPN)
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care on assigned unit
- Lead, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team
- Oversee care planning, treatments, and documentation
- Communicate with residents and families to ensure satisfaction
- Drive quality outcomes in a long-term care / skilled nursing setting
Qualifications – RN / LPN Unit Manager
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Missouri)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF), long-term care (LTC), rehab, or post-acute care preferred
- Current BLS or CPR certification
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion for resident-centered care and team development
