Position Summary
We're looking for a Digital Banking Operations Manager to serve as the operational subject matter expert for our retail and small business digital banking services. This role oversees key systems and services such as online and mobile banking, mobile deposit, digital payments, eStatements, and treasury management services.
In this role, you'll manage a team responsible for supporting digital banking operations, resolving complex customer and operational issues, and continuously improving the services we provide. You will develop and conduct testing of the digital banking systems.

- Serve as a subject matter expert for digital banking products and services
- Lead day-to-day operations of retail and small business digital banking
- Manage and develop a team, including hiring, coaching, training, and performance management
- Investigate and resolve complex customer, operational or vendor-related issues
- Collaborate with product management and other internal teams to implement new digital products, services, and system upgrades
- Ensure all department goals are met through planning, workload management and task tracking
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and operational guidelines while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Interact with internal and external customers regarding digital banking, including managing escalated customer service issues
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, digital banking, or related field and at least one year of management experience
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Knowledge of digital banking platforms, payment systems, and banking regulations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team, manage projects, and collaborate across departments
