Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Support the troubleshooting and resolution of network-related issues.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Participate in network security measures and protocols.
- Document network configurations, issues, and solutions.
- Assist with the setup of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Collaborate with the Tech Services team to support day-to-day network operations.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of network protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies.
