Job Description:
The client seeks a Project Manager for the PASS Modernization Project to lead reporting and analytics development, including requirements, solution design, implementation, testing, and post go-live support.
Complete Description:
The district government’s PASS Modernization Project is replacing the existing on-premises procurement management system with a new state-of-the-art cloud solution. the client seeks a Project Manager to support the Project Management Office (PMO) by managing the development of reporting and analytics, to include:
- Development of reporting and analytics requirements
- Development of alternative solutions that meet the requirements
- Identification of the best solutions
- Identification of data sources for the best solutions
- Implementation of the best solutions including documentation
- Testing of the solutions
- Post go-live support
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, IT, data, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required. Required 20 Years
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Required 16 Years
- Experience in managing projects involving data, reporting, and analytics is required. Required 16 Years
- Agile Scrum project management methodology, including but not limited to experience with Agile Scrum sprints. Required 16 Years
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills managing a diverse team including onsite and virtual team members Required 16 Years
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Required 16 Years
- Experience with AI as it relates to data, reporting, and analytics Highly desired 16 Years
- PMP certification Desired 16 Years
- Experience with data and dashboards developed using data tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Desired 16 Years
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams Desired 8 Years
- Willing to work onsite 4 days a week Required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80.46 - $90.57 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
