Using a scripted pitch (delivered naturally), the Tour Generation Specialist- Appointment Setter generates interest in the Capital Vacations ownership experience and schedules sales presentations for qualified guests. Success in this role is directly tied to the number of qualified appointments set and verified.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage tourists, travelers, and locals in high-traffic environments including hotels, resorts, partner businesses, and promotional events.
- Deliver a scripted pitch in a natural, conversational manner to introduce Capital Vacations and the benefits of vacation ownership.
- Create excitement and interest around attending a sales presentation.
- Qualify guests based on company criteria before scheduling their appointment.
- Set appointments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest information is properly recorded.
- Achieve weekly appointment and performance goals.
- Maintain a positive, high-energy presence throughout each shift.
- Represent Capital Vacations professionally and uphold all company policies and standards.
