Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of frontline sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to improve performance and ensure high standards of professionalism and compliance
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to increase productivity and tour-to-sale conversion
- Participate in daily sales meetings and trainings to drive a consistent and high-performing sales culture
- Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure alignment with company goals and operational excellence
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies
- Provide reporting, feedback, and performance evaluations to senior leadership
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in timeshare or vacation ownership sales management
- Proven track record of success in closing sales and leading a high-performing team
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to motivate others and lead by example in a competitive sales environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Active or eligible to obtain a state-required real estate license (if applicable by law)
