What youll do:
As Assistant General Manager, youll play a key role in bringing the resort to life each day. Youll partner closely with the General Manager to lead operations, support your team, and ensure every guest experience is exceptional.

Help oversee daily operations across departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance

Lead, coach, and support team members while helping build a strong, positive culture

Coordinate operational projects and ensure seamless execution

Manage guest relationsturning challenges into memorable experiences

Assist with scheduling, payroll, and team performance management

Collaborate with department leaders to keep everything running smoothly

Support vendor relations, inventory, and administrative operations

Step in as a leader when it matters mostincluding after-hours support when needed
