What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and energize a team of activation agents to hit (and exceed!) performance goals
- Keep the team aligned and informed through engaging team meetings and updates
- Train new hires and support ongoing development to help everyone grow and succeed
- Partner with leadership to roll out exciting promotions, strategies, and improvements
- Drive daily sales and lead generation with a results-focused mindset
- Step in to resolve escalated customer concerns with confidence and care
- Track performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and boost team performance
- Take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed—no two days are the same!
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework is a plus!)
- 2 years in a call center or administrative environment
- Leadership experience? Even better—we love proven team builders
- Natural leader with a passion for motivating others
- Strong coaching skills and a drive for results
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent communicator who connects easily with others
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information
- Adaptable, solution-focused, and ready to thrive in a fast-moving environment
