Our firm in Vienna, VA is looking for a Senior Recruiter with a proven track record of owning full-cycle recruiting in accounting, finance and related. In this role, you will build and maintain a strong network/pipeline of passive and active candidates as well as clients, lead negotiations and close offers, identify and implement improvements to recruiting process and represent the company’s employer brand in the market. Must have 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in accounting, finance, HR and related, demonstrated success filling high-volume roles, and stakeholder management.
