What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Senior/Manager position at Capital Search Group?
Our client, a rapidly growing renewable energy company in Washington, DC is seeking a Tax Professional to build and lead its internal tax function. Responsibilities include federal, state and local tax compliance and planning, management of outside tax advisors, ASC 740 tax provision and deferred tax, renewable energy tax incentives, partnership and tax equity structures, and supporting new projects and investments. MUST have 5 years of tax experience, renewable energy exposure and strong partnership/tax equity or ASC 740 experience are highly valued; CPA/MST and HLBV experience are pluses. The ideal candidate is technically strong, hands-on, entrepreneurial and comfortable operating independently while partnering with Finance, Accounting, Legal and senior management.
