What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for third-party client accounts
- Work with customers to create realistic and manageable payment solutions
- Maintain strict compliance with FDCPA and all applicable regulations
- Accurately document account activity and payment arrangements
- Meet or exceed performance and quality goals
- Training Start Date: May 18th, 2026
- Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Duration: 2 weeks (fully paid)
- After Training: Full-time schedule with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts
- $17.00/hour – Associate's degree or higher
- $16.00/hour – No secondary education
- Unlimited monthly bonus opportunities (top performers earn significantly more)
- $150 sign-on bonus after 60 days
