About the opportunity
We're looking for a seasoned B2B sales leader to own and drive our entire sales function. This is the most important revenue-generating role in our company, you won't just manage a team, you'll define the culture, set the pace, and build the systems that scale us to the next level. As our CEO transitions fully into company strategy, You'll be the right-hand sales partner to the founder.
What you'll do
- Lead and inspire our sales team through 1-on-1 coaching, daily check-ins, weekly tactical meetings, and monthly strategic sessions
- Mentor and develop reps at every level, building a culture of continuous growth and accountability
- Run daily reports and use data-based decisions, catch gaps early, and keep performance on track
- Partner closely with marketing and finance to ensure lead quality, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy
- Set ambitious targets, build the playbooks to hit them, and push the team to exceed projections
What we're looking for
- 10 Years of sales experience
- 5 Years sales leadership experience
- 5 Years in MCA or alternative financing industries
- Proven track record leading and scaling sales teams in a high-growth environment
- Exceptional communicator
- You inspire team leads, earn trust fast, and communicate clearly up and down the org
- Analytically minded
- You live in the data. You build reports, spot trends, and make data-based decisions
- Strong coaching instincts and experience developing talent
