As a GlobalFinanceTax SeniorManager based in Irvine, CA you will share responsibility for tax research, planning and compliance related to our global investment management business and will work closely with theTax Director and Treasureron various tax projects. You will also manage the performance and continual development of each team member through effective coaching and feedback, build and support teamwork throughout the business group to deliverbestbusiness results, and activelyparticipatein variousGlobal Financeleadership committees.
Responsibilities:
Managefederal, state, and foreigntaxcompliancefor companies in aconsolidatedgroup with operations invarious taxjurisdictions.
Manage and review ofannual and monthly tax provision calculations and documentation
Managecomplextax auditsat the federal andstatelevel.
Actively partnerwith external service providersregardingthe planning, review and completion of variousdomestic andinternational research and compliance projects; prepare projections and "what if" analysis.
Lead strategic tax planning opportunities and analyze tax legislation for relevant impacts and opportunities in partnership with senior leadership
Lead, manage, and develop an experienced tax team

You have a bachelor's degree; CPA license preferred; MBT/LLM and/orMBAa plus.
You have a minimum of10 years of tax experience, preferably with a combination ofBigFour public accounting firm and private industry experience and a minimum of5 years of management experience.
You are a proven strategic leader withdemonstratedsuccess in driving change and delivering measurable impact.
You are well versed in navigating high degrees of complexity and ambiguity with stakeholders at all levels.
You collaborate and develop/maintainworking relationships to enable effective completion of businessobjectivesandtoinfluence decision-making.
You have experience in reviewing federal andstatetax workpapers and tax filings for companies in aconsolidatedgroup with operations invarious taxjurisdictions.
You are comfortable with accounting and tax technologies (SAP,CorpTax)
You have experience and have managed U.S. international taxcompliance and analysis
You have managedcomplexannual and monthly tax provision calculations and documentation
Youhavedemonstrateda deepunderstanding of tax and accounting principles; solid tax research skills;expertisewitha broad range oftax issues from both a U.S. federal perspective and a local perspective; deep experience with book tax provisions, including ASC 740; experienceassistingwith tax audits.
You havedemonstrateda continuous improvement mindsetutilizingtechnologies and process improvements to gain accuracy and efficiency in workproduct.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.

Salary : $178,847 - $304,040
