Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Processing Manager to oversee the daily operations of our case processing team. This individual will play a critical role in managing workflows, ensuring compliance with IRS and state regulations, and maintaining the highest level of accuracy and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the processing team handling tax relief client files.
- Review, organize, and submit financial documents to IRS/state agencies.
- Ensure cases are accurately prepared, documented, and submitted on schedule.
- Train and mentor processing staff on compliance, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor productivity and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Serve as the main point of escalation for case-related issues and client concerns.
- Collaborate with sales, case managers, and client relations to streamline workflows.
- Stay up to date on tax resolution programs, IRS guidelines, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous management or team lead experience in Tax Relief.
- Strong knowledge of tax resolution programs (OIC, Installment Agreements, CNC, etc.).
- MUST HAVE 3 YEARS TAX PROCESSING MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM/case management systems.
