What You’ll Do
- Make 50–70 outbound calls per day to prospects and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships
- Identify new opportunities and help grow our fleet management division
- Collaborate with your team to share ideas, celebrate wins, and hit goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- A motivated, go-getter attitude with a strong work ethic
- Bilingual: Spanish preferred
- Someone who enjoys the hustle and is comfortable with heavy phone activity
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A team player who adds to a positive, supportive culture
- Previous sales or call-center experience (a plus)
- Automotive experience preferred
- Experience with VinSolutions or a similar CRM is a bonus
- Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours for work-life balance
